Post Natal Pilates Core Strength w/baby
Bring your baby along ! – We can care it, or you can bring it to the class
These classes are tailored to address the unique physical needs of postnatal women with targeted movements to help rebuild strength, and get a full body workout. During the class you will incorporate both free weights and bodyweight exercises to tone up shoulders, arms, back, hips and legs.
As well as targeted core strengthening to improve posture.
Feel free to feed and nurse your babies in the class, bounce and play with them when needed.
Please bring a baby blanket and muslin clot for your little one and socks/cotton hats for the winter for them to stay snug and warm, we keep the windows slightly open for ventilation.
